While running on the treadmill, working out on the elliptical machine, and lifting weights are all excellent forms of exercise, it is always a good idea to change up your workout routine by taking a class. Anyone can take a class at Groovy's Fitness, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. I offer customized classes, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, I am sure you’ll find a class that addresses your needs.
